Hi everyone! We're excited to announce our new Coaching Neurodiversity at Work course, designed for professionals who want to coach, lead and support neurodivergent adults more effectively and ethically.

This course combines the latest in neurodiversity research with critical thinking, systems design and creative coaching strategies – preparing you to support, elevate and co-create with neurodivergent talent.

Course Highlights Include:

  • Applying the Integrated Coaching Framework for Neuro-Affirmative Coaching (ICF-N) to understand how neurodivergent clients navigate work, identity and well-being within complex systems.

  • Integrate insights from research and lived experience to develop forward thinking actionable coaching and leadership strategies.

  • Reflect on your practice through the lens of neurodiversity and intersectionality, identifying areas for growth and transformation.

We invite you to join our upcoming information session on July 31 to learn about the Coaching Neurodiversity at Work course. During the info session, you'll meet the course founder, gain an overview of the course, hear from graduates and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
